This guide was developed as a result of learning from a project funded by the UK Department for International Development in which support was given to the Albanian Order of Physicians to establish its role as a professional body and to become an effective partner with the Albanian Ministry of Health.

Established in 1985, HLSP is an international organization working to improve world health. With offices worldwide and over 100 senior, technical and administrative staff, HLSP has extensive international experience of providing technical assistance and managing complex projects.
